Want help on ChatGPT-based business
I want to build a company that utilizes Chat-GPT for a variety of personal and business assistant purposes–think scheduling, email writing, and more. Products would be grouped by use type and follow a monthly subscription model. I’m lightly technical but would love some help on the programming side of things, as while as on the general business plan and execution of strategy. Would anyone be interested in teaming up?

Look, I like the spirit, but please make sure to not just spend 5 minutes creating a new HTML page for interacting with it and calling it a business. There are enough people who’ve done that in the first few weeks already. Try to build something meaningful and actually unique if you’re going to do this.

Yes, the new API stuff is making it too easy. But if you use it smartly and actually add something to the AI-based community then that’s a good thing.

This is cool but just about every developer with free time has been building similar things for the past month. You need a more novel idea if you want to stand out.

Also, just my personal opinion, but I don’t like being tied so heavily to a single company. Make sure you have a strategy for if they increase API pricing or otherwise make your operations harder.

I agree. Also, the tasks you listed are pretty simple. If you are going to build something in this space, make it more unique than this.

If you don’t have a more specific and unique idea, I don’t think this is going to stand out from the 10,000+ already existing ChatGPT integrations.
